How to keep your Pritam Silver Studio jewellery looking its best

With the right care, your jewellery can continue looking beautiful for a long time.

💎 What is 925 Sterling Silver?

925 sterling silver contains 92.5% pure silver, with the remaining portion made up of other metals that give the jewellery the strength needed for everyday wear.

Because silver is a natural metal, tarnishing is a normal characteristic of genuine silver. It does not mean that your jewellery is fake or of poor quality.

To protect the finish of your jewellery, avoid direct contact with:

  • Perfumes

  • Deodorants

  • Lotions and creams

  • Makeup

  • Hair sprays

  • Cleaning products

A simple rule: Put your jewellery on after applying perfumes and cosmetics.

We recommend removing your jewellery before:

  • Swimming

  • Exercising

  • Sleeping

  • Activities involving excessive sweating or physical contact

Regular exposure to moisture and sweat can accelerate tarnishing and may affect the finish of your jewellery.

If your eligible Pritam Silver Studio jewellery develops normal silver tarnishing within 6 months of purchase, we provide complimentary polishing.

Validity: 6 months from the date of purchase

Simply bring your eligible jewellery to our retail store during the eligibility period.

We'll polish it at no service charge.

📦 Bought Online?

You don't need to visit our store.

For eligible online purchases, you can send the jewellery to us for polishing.

We'll cover the shipping cost for the polishing service and send the jewellery back to you after it has been polished.

Important Conditions

  • The benefit applies to eligible purchases of ₹3999 or above.

  • The benefit is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • The service covers normal silver tarnishing.

  • Jewellery will be inspected before polishing.

  • Physical damage, scratches, chemical damage, misuse or improper handling may not be covered.

  • Complimentary polishing restores the appearance of tarnished silver but does not prevent future tarnishing.

  • The service is intended for jewellery purchased from Pritam Silver Studio.
