  • Return & Refund Policy
  • At Pritam Silver Studio, every piece of jewellery is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. To maintain hygiene, authenticity, and product integrity, we follow a transparent return policy as outlined below.

  • 1. Eligibility for Returns
  • We accept returns only in the following cases:
    • The product received is damaged during transit
    • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
    • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • 📌 Please note: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or sizing issues.


  • 2. Items Not Eligible for Return
  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Customized or personalized jewellery
    • Silver jewellery once used, worn, or tampered with


  • 3. Return Request Process
  • To request a return:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Share clear unboxing video/photos showing the issue
    • Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.


  • 4. Condition of Returned Items
    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
    • Original packaging, tags, invoice, and certificates (if any) must be intact
    • Any signs of wear, scratches, or damage will make the item ineligible


  • 5. Refund Process
    • Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • 🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation


  • 6. Shipping Charges
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable
    • In case of approved return due to our error, return shipping will be borne by Pritam Silver Studio


  • 7. Cancellation Policy
    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
    • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled


  • 8. Important Notes
    • Jewellery is a high-value product; please record an unboxing video for your safety
    • Disputes raised without proof may not be entertained
    • Final decision on returns/refunds rests with Pritam Silver Studio
